Golden Tours Ltd owns and operates Group Travel UK. This website provides activities, attractions from all parts of world to clients also booking from all parts of world.

  • We may collect, process, use and disclose your information when you use this website and/or the Group Travel UK App together, Group Travel UK Platform and the services offered by Group Travel UK or the third-party operators (the ‘Operators’) through Group Travel UK Platform (the ‘Services’) as described in this Privacy Policy. ‘You’ and ‘your’ when used in this Privacy Policy includes any person who accesses Group Travel UK Platform or use the Services.
  • When you open with us a User Account or amend any information of your User Account, we may collect your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, city, county, password, and phone number.
  • When you embark on a Group Travel UK tour, you may have your photograph taken for marketing purposes. We will always ask for consent to photograph or video.   • Call Recording and Monitoring: Please be aware that calls to and from Group Travel UK may be recorded. We may use the call recordings to monitor our customer service for quality or compliance purposes, to check the accuracy of the information you provide us, for fraud prevention purposes, or to provide training to our staff. We will retain the call recordings for as long as reasonably necessary to perform such activities and then delete them. In addition to that, if you are already our customer, we may send emails of an advertising nature regarding products similar to the ones you already booked on the basis of Group Travel UK’s legitimate interest. Consequences of Not Providing Your Data

Under the terms of a contract between you and Group Travel UK, we need to collect your personal data by law. If you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide the services you requested or may not be able to perform the contract we have or trying to enter into with you. (for example, to provide you with out of London tour or sightseeing tours).

How Long We Keep Your Data

Group Travel UK only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

We keep call recording data for 6 month and after that it is removed.

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
